They aren't immune. That's enhanced Seed Shroud; if its used for the cat, that means its down for 36 seconds on the Summoner so -1 iframe for them to blend. Defense Break the next Dandelion.

Cat always been immune to ccs while curled. There's multiple ways the SUM may have placed an imunity on cat while forcegripped and may not have been intentional either. Doing SS gives cat 2sec imunity, party dandelion makes cat able to resist 1 spell or 1 att and then will be in stealth and immune for a while. Make some research, go read their skill tree before posting such nonsense.
