Internet keeps on experiencing "General Failures"

So this problem only started to appear just this week. I am from the Philippines, and up until this week, I've been playing fine (with bearable delay, which is understandable). This week, I've started experiencing sudden drops in my internet connection, which doesn't happen as much. After observation, these sudden drops only happen whenever I play Blade and Soul. The internet dropped when it was downloading the repair files, after logging in, and when I was just generally playing along.  Is there any fix to this? Such as editing a command log or adding a line to something (there's something like this in GW2... I just forgot exactly what I edited.)
