Still unable to see party/faction/clan chat, is there a simple fix for this or is there just a percent of the players that have this problem still?

yeah I have the problem too since the new content dropped last week chat has not been working for me

Bump, Reinstalled and still having the problem.

i've discussed this back and forth with the support team via ticket~ they said they're working on a fix!

 

also, some people got their chat functions back by closing other programs related to lag issues and uninstalling languages from their computers~

Guys, if you're using VPN just reinstall it and all will work.
It helped me 2 times.
