2/10 patch nerfs/lag?

Besides the fact that x was nerfed to 8 (which doesnt really do much because you can still get it out) is anyone finding the change to the animation + screen shake really really annoying? that and the combination of arena lag in this new patch, ive went from 1900~2000s rating to 1700s because i can barley get off any of my normal 3rfs until i sit and get used to this new input delay after X as well as the new lag that has sprouted up. on a last not HM skills made destros so freaking annoying to beat, double escapes for errybody

A dot was added that counts towards the hits... it wasn't nerfed.

I feel like the "hit" point of shin kick changed for me (could just be lag I guess).  It used to happen almost immediately when the animation started, now the animation is almost finished by the time the "hit" happens.
