Need help FM PvP

Hi im playing FM from a month and im struggling in PvP up to the point im getting seriously mad against the ''deflect'' classes and i think i pretty mutch burned out myself
beside the fact everybody is screaming BM is weak i cant win against this class (unless the bm doesnt know what to do), i cant see what the experienced FM can easily see ... they just sit there spamming 1 all day long .... what can i do in this situation ?
Destroyers ?? my approach is to just wait till they burn the focus ... but he will just jump+daze you and keep going with the combo, not to mention wrath 
Lbm ?? i didnt find any of them but i think pretty mutch the result will be the same .-.

Please if you can help me out even with skill builds and few explanations i want to get better with this class i dont want to sit in silver for ever

Your 1 (Impact) can be spec'd to be a parry, so can your tab (fire) , you can deflect the stuff they hit you with that's a range projectile, even the ones from the block

I do have the spec on 1 (impact) but the deflect is so fast i cant simply do nothing about it, same for tab even if i can deflect some of their attack is not enough.

Im doing something wrong ?

So like right after you use RMB use 1, that's how I do it,

They may or may not block, but it's still a parry so why not use anyway? You're not going to lose any focus.

I switch inbetween Tornado, and Tier 2 snowball depending on class, like on dest, I use tier 2 snowball rank 4
