Connecting to Server Error

Every time I open the game after the lv.50 patch I get a box saying 'Connecting to Server... please wait.' It never actually finishes but because it pops up above the agreement box, I can click Agree and proceed to my character and connect. When I get to the loading screen though, this error comes up after a long time of waiting:

 

SystemErr - 1000

NetworkErr - 132

WSALastErr - 10,054

 

Anyone else having this issue?
