Missions Bugged

While I was playing i was wearing a Tyrain Cultist uniform and i went to finish a mission and there was a cut scene and I was killed while watching the cut scene. Then the cut scene ended. After that the screen was just solid black for a minute and then i closed blade and soul with task manager cause i clicked X to close out but that didn't work. Then i re-logged and now i cannot finish (turn in) my missions that i have to talk to people. I tried to file repair the game but that did not fix it. I would like to request some help.
