Fix for FPS drop?

Anyone find a fix for FPS drop?  I have a high end PC but crappy ass FPS!

amdFX 8120

Geforce 970

24gb ram

SSD 500gb

 

What more do you need for great gaming experience? LOL

Did you try turning off players with ctrl+F/turning off their names/pets name?
