Mushin Tower Ping

I get 70-100 ping everywhere else, however, moving to Mushin Tower (often even before I enter the instance), my ping will immediately start jumping between ~80 and ~250.  I can't be the only person with this issue, right?  Is there anything being done to fix it?
Trying to play an assassin with spiking 300 ping makes it near impossible to pull off combos or continually restealth, never mind trying to iframe abilities or lotus flower before the knock-up near 100% combo.

My ping is just higher in Mushin tower instance, skills delays significantly than in open world and there's nothing i can do here because is server's end.
