Greyed out Founder and Pre-Order pack titles

As the title says when i currently inspect my list of titles they founder and Pre-order titles are greyed out and un-usable. iv tried restarting the game, which doesnt seem to fix anything, is this a known issue or something i should submit a ticket for?

I have the same problem but many others seem to have this problem too :c hope they will fix it soon^^
