tbh dont know where to type this but i have been waiting for 2 days now to buy ncoins and for some reason i cant

i checked the balance and it is more than what i intend to buy 

i emailed back to check and i still didnt get any answer what is going on here?! thing is my 1st purchase went well and i got the ncoins my 2nd one didn't that doesn't make any sense at all

stuck with half the premium 1 year money since i cant buy the rest T.T this is torture
