Why I cant use Hongmoon Upgrade charm?

i have 5x hongmoon upgrade charm and whenever I try to upgrade something that charm is just cannot be used why?

The charms are not for the offering slot(s).

The charm is an additional resource that goes into the "extra ingredient" slot below the offerings.

yeah I know but still doesnt work.

Could it be you need a breakthrough item to go further? Or do you have no eligible offering in your inventory to add too?

Because that is the only time they could not work. Best show us a screenshoot.

charm wasnt able to use it,i restarted my game and now its useable idk what was wrong

I am having same issue.  Restarting my game did not fix the issue.

Yeah, sometimes I have the charms, but it's not always available during feeding progress
