Chat goes from English to ... Chinese/Korean/Something?

Anyone know how to change you text to english? I dont know what i hit, but mines highlighting what i try to type and sometimes pop ups a window for like chinese or something

Figured out it has something to do with Tab or alt O.o

but no way to stop it from happening

Have you tried removing other languages in your system and setting English as the default one?

Settings > Time and Language > Region and Language > Languages > (remove other languages other than English)
