Combat bug in Bloodshade harbor

When I join bloodshade harbor there is a combat bug where the whole group gets stuck in combat and no one can sprint up the wall to continue the dungeon after the Raptor boss. It also causes a bug where I can sprint in combat but only for a short time and I get ported back where I started when the sprint ends
