what soul shard is best and how to obtain it?

I am a lvl 45 blade dancer lyn, I want to get the right blade shard but what and where do i get them that are best fit for my class?

anybody know what is best soul shard i can't do the end game dungeons yet that are in purple

 do E-fleet supply chain 24 man, bosses random drop Blackram set blue and purple quality

trash mobs also randon drop the green Elite Crit shilds which are good and cheap for infusing more crit onto other sets
