Quest list bug

Recently I experienced a bug that didn't allow me to accept quests unless I first abandon another quest. While this is fine if my list was full, the game kept on telling me that I could not accept quests until I abandoned another quest.

To better explain let's say I have a full list and I want to accept two daily quests. I abandoned 5 of them, and managed to accept one. I try to accept the other one but it tells me that I need to abandon another quest. Hopefully I explained it clearly.
