Bloodshade harbor trader - Jin Gyoli wrong items?

I've noticed a lot of shops in NA are a little bit screwed up and aren't like any other version of bns. 

This npc in particular is located by the bloodshade harbor entrance.

Korea version has the male bloodshade costume in the first category.  (while on a male character)

NA version has junk items that you can acquire from doing nightshade dailies.

Also why are the drops in the dungeons way different? Explain yourselves.

 

Why does the bloodshade coin exchange have nightshade items? The nightshade coin exchange by nightshade harbor is only supposed to have them.

 

Please stop being lazy and fixing the name of items. If you still want to correct typos then hae mujin's machismo when left clicked and searched in the marketplace comes out spelt incorrectly and instead searches for "  Hae mujin's Machismo'  "

Go haze who ever inputted that line into the game. Please smack him around for me.

And smack whoever put together these shops, because they are wrong.
