Mouse not locked to game anymore

So, I searched the forum and found many threads about this issue in "full screen mode" which is not my issue.

I have ALWAYS played in windowed mode because I have other things open I keep an eye on. I've always played this way and never had an issue before, the mouse has been locked inside the game and I always hold ALT and moved my mouse out or re size the window, until today.

Earlier when I got on after 2 new little patches my mouse has been completely loose and getting out of the screen which is EXTREMELY annoying because I can't even rotate my cam normally :/

Idk if this has anything to do with those little updates, but I can't find a workaround and playing full screen is NOT an option. Alt tab in and out doesn't work, switching to full (alt + enter) back and forth doesn't work neither. Does anyone know a solution for this? because now I can't play windowed any more with this issue :/
