Force Master Frost Palm Bug

Hello,

 

After testing and verifying with others There's a bug with the Chi requirement check with Force Master skill: Frost Palm

 

The bug

Both the tooltip and actual skill indicates that it requires one Chi to use, but it actually requires 2 Chi before you can actually use it.

 

How to reproduce the Bug

Lower your Chi down to 1, and you will see that the Frost Palm skill will be greyed out. Bring it to 2 Chi and it will become available. Use the skill and you will see that it only used up 1 Chi.

 

How to Fix

The code for checking Chi requirement for Frost Palm needs to be corrected so that it is checking for a value of 1, not 2.
