AMD and Bns, Also what can run it?

Hey all, I'm doing this for a friend, I have a few questions about this game.

 

How well is this game optimized?

 

Shouldn't my friends computer run this game with a good FPS?  He said he's getting 15-20 Fps which is not that amazing.

 

While I can't find the model number because I believe it was discontinued I have its specs just not a model number.

 

Its a Lenovo Think Pad 500, Its equipped with the following:

 

Amd Quad Core Cpu A10 6Th Generation

Radeon R6

8 Gigs Ram

1 Tb HHD

 

I thought that somewhere on Reddit that BnS and Amd was bad or just not optimized for Amd, Is this true? Is there anything my friend can do?

Another thing is that when he has to load going though the loading circles he crashes almost all the time. I have never experienced this before on my computer but my friend on his AMD Laptop crashes almost all the time.

 

He does the waiting before the circle to let the map load before he goes though, but even when he does that he crashes at the loading screen.
