The way of the Blade Master part 4 bugged for me

So I feel as though I've just encountered a bug with this quest, I get up to the part where is tells me; When Intricate Training Dummy uses Block, use the Boot (x), Breeze (mouse 1) and Rush (2) combo.

I done it the first time out of the 3 times it asked me to but after the first time the Dummy doesn't get knocked back by my Breeze attack, so I can stun it with Boot but can't knock it back with Breeze so im stuck in this quest, I can't cancel it or restart it, I tried exiting and relogging into the game to see it that worked but it still wont let me finish the quest.

Please help.
