Daily Quest: This Mite Hurt

Encountered an issue during the This Mite Hurt daily quest.

Quest: This Mite Hurt
Objective: 0/5 Burn the Plague Mite's eggs with torches obtained in the Necrotic Laboratory.
                  Defeat Furanku

When you get to Furanku, he will start running away after engaging him. He will hide behind 2 Destroyers and start attacking you.
After killing him, one of those black orbs appears to go to the cave's entrance.

Sadly, the chest he dropped was placed right under it. Making it impossible for me to pick it up, since the game decided that 'Go to the Entrance' was more important. Tried holding ALT to pick it up manually but that would not work.

I hope you guys will be able to sort this out :)

PS: this is actually the 2nd time doing this quest. As you can see this is a reoccurring problem.

Turn around and you will succeed in looting it properly.
