4-6 Hours for NCoins...

Why dos it always take 4-6 Hours for me to receive my NCoins? I have two accounts, one of them I've purchased 4 times on each on them were 3-7 hours (fastest one was my first purchase, 3 hours...) my second account I bought two times first one took 6 hours and now I waiting for one that's been 7 hours. Other games company deliver for me almost instantly.

I've already sent a ticket but who knows when they'll answer, maybe they'll give me an answer in a couple years. (like how they updated us on B&S coming to the west)

You're lucky, I waited 13 hours for my NCoins...I'm not sure what the deal is but it makes me not want to get NCoins ever.

I had to wait all night too. I didn't realize that they had already been purchased (I thought there was an error with my card since it's a new account) so I re ordered twice...Then this morning I woke up and all three sets were there on my account page. When I tried to log in it said the servers were down and I came back here only to see that the Ncoin count was at 0..I'm seriously confused.
