Need help at install game

I just newbie, someone help me pls!

I installed clien from mainweb>> done, it said not find Nclauncher.

I installed NCLauncher from http://launcher.patcher.ncsoft.com/NC-Launcher/NC-LauncherSetup.exe >> setup it >> done.

Star game >> error E2024 >> delete NClauncher, reinstall it >> crash.

Star over again>>> same error, sometime is E2015, E2018.

 

Is it my computer have problem or NCLauncher is **** ?

Did you restart your computer as it sais?

After manytime try to reset and reinstall, game finaly update, then

 

game auto star, i didn't see login step like tutorial

 

 

 

Does this game maint or have IPblock guy?
