Combat experience increasing food is not working

Yesterday I wanted to use my exp bonus and go grind some mobs to get some exp for hongmoon level. I used the first one, it was 141xp per mob. OK. Then after 30 minutes the effect of food went off and I saw that I was still getting 141xp per mob. I've made a screenshot, used the second piece of food and made another screenshot.





Anyone else experienced this issue?
Can I please get an explanation of that and eventually have my 2 pieces of exp food back with amount of exp being fixed?
