Thoughts on this build I made?

(it took me like 2 min to make) It's supposed to be for pvp but if its good for pve I'm fine with it. PLEASE TELL ME IF I NEED TO CHANGE ANYTHING! (probably all of it)

First of all restart doing your build with only level 45 and HM1. You can't get HM20 only 5 and I guess not many have reached that so far. Also take all the Hongmoon Skills out you can't use in our version so far....
