Cross Server Not Working...!

Well  when i try to  this dungeonn 6 Person BrigthStone   the game run ok but wheni press LFP button  the game  Stuck well i mean the game Say preparin to enter in dungeon and Nothing happens i stay in the lobby Dungeon all the time and for Ever .. Guys what  Happen .. O.o i Cant Farm mi Weapon or Play Cuz off this look i gona post pictures and u see ...what i try to mean sorry mi bad english and happen when i log in says conecting to server so i dont nkow what to thinkg this u can see what happen the Images http://imgur.com/a/aRXfY
