Dc after entering a portal to new area? Mini Solution!

I have seen many threads here complaining about this problem.

Since Ncsoft hasn't fixed the problem yet, there is a way to bypass those nasty loading screens when entering a new area!

 

*THIS IS FOR PEOPLE WHO DON'T ALREADY KNOW*

 

So, what you want to do is get as close to the portal as you can, without running in; Stand there for about 3 seconds or 1 minute, whichever makes you feel safer. (1 Minute would be recommended. And 3 Minutes for bigger areas) then just run in, and no loading screen. You're safe from the irritating loading screen that dc's you. :P

 

If I only knew what caused this problem, but I really do not. I'm wondering if it's because of low end computers taking so long to load the area.

Wish Ncsoft would try helping us out.

 

Now, as for the other dc problems as dc upon logging into your character, a file repair should do the trick, if not; try restarting your pc. Those both worked for me when I had the problem. If neither of those work, reinstall the game.

Thanks, but I doubt low specs is the problem. I have an amazing laptop, live very close to Texas, and when my Blade and Soul is running on the lowest game specs, I still d/c when entering a portal.
