Some kind of lag

Im having this weird lag, I can still move and evything but I can't use skill and all the mobs are static, then the game come back and the mobs are killing me or something else.

This is the only game where this happen to me.

I have no problems in FFXIV and WOW

I have a GTX970 (asus)

My motherboard is asus too

I7 4970k

16gb of ram
