Why is it when I now enter the Arena at level 25, all I fight is level 45's.  I die in like 20 sec. Before the patch I was about 35% to 40% win rate. I now have 100% loss. If this is normalization something is very..very wrong! I can no longer go into the Arena. I guess I will have to wait to I am level 45 to even have a chance. What is going on?

Nothing is going on, higher level players just have access to more skills/skill points.

Just level up and you will be fine.

Well in Korea, you only find people at max level queuing for the arena. It is not because queuing below level 45 is a feature that you should, knowing the risks.
