Nerf X class, i can't beat it. [QQ guide]

These threads are getting really old. They're in every MMORPG, ever. Seems that people aren't realizing a couple of things, which i'll tell you all about, yaaay!

 

Now, first off, all of the classes has some slightly broken mechanics that takes time to learn how to counter. In other words, experience and skill wins games, not classes, Especially not in this game. Every class in this game has the tools to take down any other class. Are some classes more tricky than others? Sure.

 

 most of you (i know this from fighting several players in sparring) are doing the exact same build, the same strategy and the same movements when fighting someone. The first thing i do when i get completely dumpstered when fighting X class is playing that class myself, this allows you to learn a lot of their weaknesses in a short amount of time, you don't even need to be max level with X class to learn it's shortcomings.

 

And we all know that once the current "op" class gets nerfed, people will start whining about other classes being OP. 

 

As a summoner i used to struggle with Blade dancers a lot because they kept using a 30 second CC on my pet, rendering me defenseless. I changed my game up and now i'm winning most games against them. 

 

Now to my main point. 

 

When you want a class nerfed, and you go to the forum and write something like "QQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQ I can't beat X class, it's so broken because i can't beat it, i've played 10 arena's but i couldn't beat this one class! NERF NERF NERF" 

 

You see, that's just cring *cricket* tears. If you wrote something like that, you're a little whiny *cricket*.

 

Instead try making a thread with the title of "How do i beat X class". Because you're the problem, not the class. Every class is in diamond, which clearly means that all the classes can beat one another. 

 

And if you truly think that a class is actually way way overpowered (like god level op). Then you should make a thread stating reasons as to why it's overpowered. I'm sorry 11 year olds but "X class is way op" Does NOT help the devs out much and it makes you look really freaking stupid.

I'm simply stating what most threads in the PVP section is about. And it's extremely accurate isn't it? 

 

I gave them constructive critisicm. I told them what they're doing wrong, how to do it right. That's constructive critisicm isn't it? Maybe you're the one that should go back to school and educate yourself some.

 

And all i bashed was people making pointless threads that will get them nowhere. Freaking look at the pvp section, every post is "this op that op me underpowered blah blah, with no actual indication of what's OP. It's stupid.

One thing I don't understand is when people playing the supposedly "OP" classes say you can counter their said class,
yet the majority have never played against the class as a weaker class - or even tried to rank up using a "weaker" class.
Just because a because isn't unbeatable doesn't mean they're not obnoxious and unfun to play against.

This have been one of the most useless threads ive read. If you truly think this game is balanced go play the Korean version to 50. Because the NA version is all kinds of f'd up. To the point of complete stupidity. Much like this thread. They are trying to balance a game around level 45 when it is meant to balanced at 50.

 

But to be fair the moment you mentioned you were a summoner I understand your defensive stance on balancing this game.

I'm a kfm that beat the shit out of generic assassin,summoner,fm,destroyers,bd,bm

BUT, I lose to any none generic style from the above.

I ain't gonna say who is more OP than who until I play and record 500 platinum matches,recorded them and give a definite reason.

I like some of what this guy says, but it doesn't really hold much concrete value as there has been no MMO that had been balanced that I heard of, ever.

 

This MMO had a very good chance at doing so... NCSoft decided to throw it away.

 

They had multiple years to address issues they have been aware of since release in other countries. Yet they did not address them. They are instead content with making this game a cash grab. The hongmoon market is incredibly inflated for the prices of the items, they lowered drop rates which is an obvious marketing scheme so people rely on the Hongmoon store. They have horrible communication with their community.

 

They had years to address every damn issue and balance the frick out of things. Nope.

You seem to be misusing the term QQ.  QQ comes from Warcraft 2 where you would press ALT+Q+Q so quit and start a new game on the ladder.  At high level play, if you messed up a building placement or made a wrong choice, you knew you would lose so you would ALT+Q+Q and get another game.  Starcraft had the same key command.  I played both games heavily in the 1990's.

 

QQ has nothing to do with complaining.  It's a hotkey command to quit Blizzard RTS games so you can get another match in.  You would say "Had this game but I totally messed up the gold mine so I just QQ'd and got another game."

My point was that people are just plain crying in threads without making a point. This class is op, the mods see the thread, reads it and is left with absolutely no idea as to what they should be forwarding to NCsoft because the OP didn't actually state what he thinks is broken.

 

Seeing such threads one after the other is really annoying, because it's so futile and downright pointless.

 

People seem to be missing the point of my thread, which is constructive critisicm. If you want something changed, state what it is that you want changed, don't just make a ridiculous thread bashing people that are playing X class.

Sum is easier to play then any other class.

Also your point: "Ive got gold with kfm" is quite invalid, I've got gold with a fm after a bottle of whiskey, just because there were only new players on at the time and I had luck.

Now tell us, why do you think the summoner is weak or balanced compared to the other classes in regard to skill vs. reward?

 

Edit: You want some points, here is one:

Every class has it's cc's, pvp is basically cc vs cc in bns.

Now with the sum you have to focus on two entities, while only having cc's for one (unlike any other class), which would be ok, if the pet was really squishy. How is that fair from a skill standpoint? Please elaborate on why you think that is ok!

1- dont release  a game that is supposed to be played with very low ping (around 10 ms) with servers that are as bad and unstable

( yeah there is a reason bns was only released in korea at first and that there is no input buffer and no gcd )

2- dont realease a game balanced around lvl 50 with a lvl cap at 45

Yeah this game is brocken no matter how you spin it . Just because you or x did beat y once or twice doesnt mean everything is fine . I played ret paly at the start of wotlk and i knew right when i put my hands on it that it was brocken as *cricket* . Fun thing is that i even defeated some of my friends in arena that where x times gladiator and i knew that it wasnt because i was better than them .

And before each expansion of wow if you played it you would know what happens when they release the new "balance" before the actual expansion . 2 or  3 classes get stupidly brocken  ( i remember a patch where feral druids could bear form and kill people in 3 sec or arcane mages could spam arcane barrage and kill anyone in 3 arcanes or 4 .

So yeah plz think before "complaining about people complaining .

Do you think that when i see kfm  streamers at 2200 getting farmed by plat assassins that means that the match up is balanced ?  When even even top destroyers and assassins say that unless they *cricket* up there is no way the kfm wins ? Is that balanced for you ?

I m a competitive guy . And i always seek to improve .  Started like everyone as bronze in lo and grinded my way to plat 1 and i know that if i want to go higher i can improve . Started as a 1500 rating holy paly in bc and kept playing and improving till i consistently placed 2200 or higher even on my alts . Even  fighting games i dont pick the eaisert characters  but i work my ass practicing combo s and match up . And i NEVER give up .

But in bns ? today is the first day that i started entering arena s and just going afk when i see a destroyer or an assassin . I ve played since release i tried and i see no improvement in those match ups and even people at the top tell me "well dude if it s assassin or destro then you re *cricket*ed "

 

Btw her in EU  in the top 10 there are 5 summoners .... top 30 they are 13..... keep spinning your "balance" thingy how much you want

Gold is at 1600 znd you start at 1300 ...that means you won 300 points in 13 games ...lets  say you had a perfect wins streak  that still means 23 points per win every win ... can i call bullshit ?
