password and account name are both correct also my brother is also having the same problem we both run win7 but a friend of ours can login with no problem running on win10 if it helps

It'll be hard to get 24 people into a dungeon to slow it down if no one can log into the game.

tried anything atm .rebooted PC, Router (heck i even set the router to factory default and tried to get in but no) flushed DNS, uninstalled launcher then rebooted and installed launcher again(goes to upating launcher when starting then to BnS Desktop login then the usual error 42

NCSOFT please answer me.

 

I tried right now a external program VPN to enter BnS and worked.

 

My question is, is it something that you allow, are it against your policy?

 

My problem wa in character lobby, when I was clickin on Start Game I was receiving the message "Unable to connect the server, please try again later."

 

If use an external program VPN against the policy, what I do?

 

Obs.: By the way... I'm brazilian.

i finaly go into the game .

i have 2.4 gb section 2 download i never cancel download and after 30 second i got error - this time i cancel download and finaly i go in game without server error.

i dont know what is problem but i think its about luncher and client.

i played this game very fine on update 17 but after update to 18 i take allot diffrent errors.

sorry for my bad english.
