I live in South America and i have the same trouble :S I can't play normally and my game crashed every 15 mins >o<

I just uninstalled nclauncher and reinstalled, still nothing. Is there any way to do a file check on the game? If I run the BNS lite installer it says it will uninstall.

Its IP ban. Just loged-in at my 2nd PC. They propably ban IP range, or its time limited IP block. dunno.

My friend can login and can play in this time and I can't, that's strange...

can't loging on server ( i get to the screen where i chose my char), but i cant play the char.

I'm unable to access their web based login, would guess that there is something wrong with the account server.

EDIT: Seems like FFXIV also have their log in servers down. Might be an even bigger problem.

Ok after entering pasword loging window is just standing and after several minutes error 42... Can NCsoft tell us they are at least aware of problem?
