Now,  the patchnotes have said that the higher tier abilities are available now.

I really wated a specific skill which is supposed to be aquiredun bloodshade harbor,so I went there. I beat the 6 and 4 man version. But neither I , nor my teammates got anything out of it. Is it just a rare drop to get or am I doing something wrong here?

Do I have to be lvl 45+ H.M lvl 5? If so, it doens't state that. 

One of the 3 possible skills gives me a different option, which is to eat a Zen bean, but that is not the technique I would want.

Would really appreciate if anyone who has more knowledge could help me out thanks :).

It's a rare drop from BSH 4-man. The skillbook you want, that is.

 

Be prepared to farm it if necessary... And even get the Warlock skillbook, LMAO.
