Why do sealed Soul Shields stack like this?

My theory was that they're hinting that they're the exact same Soul Shield as each other in the same stack, and the other ones not in the same stack where not, yet when a friend was wondering the same thing (as I do not have unsealing charms to test with), they unsealed them and they couldn't observe any correlation.

 

Anyone knows whats going on here?

Different stats on the same soulshield.

 

There are 8 pieces to a soul shield.

 

They are numbered 1 to 8.

 

#1 can have different stats.

I.e. Moon Water Arena Soul Shield (piece #1)

1,370 health

46 or 58 crit defense

46 or 58 defense

46 or 58 block

 

So if 2 soul shield pieces of the same soul shield collection, and with the same number have same stats, they will stack - if not, they will stack.

This may save you a few talisman as well, if you´re looking for perfect stats.
