System err 200 Authetication Failure

Hello Guys i tried to connect in the NA server since last week and unsuccessful  already looked at several sites and here in ow forum and found no precise solution to help I really want to play

Ran into the same issues. What I've done is, set the properties of Blade and Soul application to run as administrator. Then did the following...
Click the "Start" button to bring up the Start Menu. Type in CMD into the "Search programs and files" field but do not hit enter. Doing this will change your start menu to show the program "cmd.exe." Right-click on "cmd.exe" and select "Run as Administrator." Type "netsh winsock reset" without the quotes. When the command is completed successfully, a confirmation appears, followed by a new command prompt line. Once completed, You will be advised to restart your computer. I haven't encountered into any further issues.

Hey bro I tried what I was told but the error persists have something else I can try? the stranger who was playing and nothing gave this error

Account Authentication....it may be an issue on the server side. might have to contact support.

I have the same problem in EU server and i dont know what do either. Please, if someone have any way to fix it, let us know.
