Problem to launch the game !

i can t send a raport with "User Runtime" , so , i started this topic for ask the help , i can not start the launchr , i reinstalated , but this problem again :

ok i was getting the same error as u, and started cuting and pasting  the files that wore "corrupted" in a new folder on the desktop just in case i needed a back up, meaning: go to your  C:\Program Files (x86)\NCSOFT\BnS\bin\Client.exe  and cut/paste the client.exe, if any other file apear's in the error msg, just do the same and keep hitting update so the launcher recognises that the files are missing and redownload's them.
i hope it help's any one as it help'd me. :D
