Is chat broken?

So none of my chat is working now. Is this the case for everyone else?

This also seems to extend to chat recruitment announcements as well.

Yep, I can only use area chat, faction and chat doesn't work for me

So far only area and party works for me, the rest is still bugged out :0

I can use only party,area and pm... i can't see or send any message on faction/guild chat !

Restarting the client worked for me, btw, though it still breaks occasionally sometimes
