KFM 3RF

Hey guys, first off I apologize if there are a lot of other posts in regards to this. I've only seen a few even off site. But anyway, I'm having some difficulties with the 3RF. I can speed 3R just fine but then when it comes to F there's a delay. I would have to slowly press the keys, yet when I look at PvP vids they're going like machines and I'm like, "What am I doing wrong?". So if anyone could assist me I'd appreciate it.

You have to press the keys much more slowly than you think you do.  If you press the R too quickly after the 3, the 3 will not connect and you won't be able to use F.  You've just gotta find the right rhythm.
