SystemErr - 106 Account login failure?

I have other friends online, ive tried repairing, relogging, restarting everything, but i keep getting this error.. no emails from NC soft, and i don't see any familiar posts anyone else see or get this?? or have a fix??

Are you using WTFast? I'm getting the same error however only when using WTFast.

Yea i am, i got it to work without it as well, but whats weird is i did not have it open the first time and it gave me the same error
