Chat Problem

I suddenly wasn't able to talk, and when i did, it flashed red. It was almost like one of those subscripts that appear at the bottom, because it appears on the lower half of the bar. If i left it alone, it would change to white, but it looked like a superscript instead. I found that if i hold shift, I can type with a yellow highlight.

Did I press something? I found NumLock keys work (number pad only).

 

You know when you hover your cursor over that one flashing typing line, it comes up with a demented "I" looking shape? That came up when i hovered my mouse over with a line through it at the bottom.

 

I closed and reopened the chat too, which didn't work and I'm gonna swicth characters to see if this will go away. If not, I'll re-log and if it doesn't fix anything, well, Blade and Soul should fix it.

I have this problem too. I think it has to do with changing your region settings on windows. Though i've changed mine back to U.S I still get this problem and it ruins chat for me.
