Blood in the water quest

Is there any prerequisite to be able to get this daily quest ? (for the new 6 men istance)

I got all the quests inside the 24 men istance but i don't have that oen in the list

how did u ? I enter the dungeon lobby and there was no daily quests for me even tho i'd done all the quests there already..

The prerequisite quest is in Hogshead Pasture map , near a windstride at Fishing Lodge. That quest will send you to a npc nearby the new istance and you will get the Daily for it

Take quest here and you will be ok.
