Possible to have low internal resolution with high UI res?

Not gonna lie, I have a very low end PC. I run the game on 720x480 so I get that sweet 60fps, now the graphics quality and low res isnt a problem for me, the problem is the UI and the text which is barely readable, is there any tweaks or possibility to have the game to run on really low res and still get a decent sharp UI?

Like in WoW you can set the game to run in 1080p and then you can lower the resolution without affecting the UI.
