Now its the russian version so it might not be here but he is using "Shock wave" as right click and it seems it something we dont have here, so am I just missing something or its just not in the EU version. And if not are we going to get it?

Comparing to BnSTree which is updated with the latest from Korea, I think that Shockwave is something that Russian server just made up. BnSTree doesn't have any tree that turns into that, even in the Hongmoon skills...

Is not something russian server made up, is the old Sunder Lyn Blade Masters had, koreans changed it from a fire-electricity form to a wind one.
