Draw Stance Health Regen?

So I looked up some videos, and granted they're a year older and are from the Korean version, I keep seeing players regain their health simply hitting with Flicker, so I was wondering if there's any skill we don't have yet or it's just something I'm missing or maybe isn't even in the game anymore? I can link said videos too.

It's Gems, that recover HP on Crit.  Flicker with the right skills put into it can increase crit and you'll pretty much Crit all the time and with a good Life Drain Gem you can pretty much get all your HP back no problem especially if you have a big group of mobs.

I see. What's a high life drain gem then? I have one with 45 but I don't know if that's good. I saw someone solo the spider dungeon with a ton of enemies on him and he survived easily.

https://bnstree.com/BM/4kD6k0-9g I hope this can help you, I found it recently, you can spend skill points on flicker and block, and spend them on those tiers and forms as shown in that post, and it will heal you when you use flicker and also when you block...Also, at lvl 30 I think you get shoulder charge which heals you 10 % of your health. I am unsure about which gem should you use, since I also have that one with 45 life drain, but I soloed some dungeons with no problem, just by putting those skill points in flicker and block

That one heals you upon Breeze hits but not Flicker.
