The main problem here is just the lack of a human answer from their part to assure players like Kaizerx  that they will do something (or nothing) about it. At least that's how I see it.

There is an email you are to use to address bans and what not. They have it under the rules of conduct

I am not too sure how responsive that is but besides putting in a ticket with an alternate account this would be the means to direct inquiries.
