But my blade master is strong right?  Then, how come I cant kill a single summoner. After all they are balance right?

You can't expect to beat a summoner this patch if they're the same skill level as you. Though stats matter not in arena, your accuracy and crit damage are very low. In the open world, it would not surprise me in the least if you miss like 80% of your attacks and you may have 40% crit chance, but your crits hardly hit harder than a non-crit.

Because this is like those other games where you add stats and stomp people less fortunate... I guess that could be true to some degree in world PVP, but no amount of stats will make up for a skill disparity. 

 

Summoner is a hard matchup for us in Arena. Most of my wins against them are when I catch them off guard with a blade call combo and burst both them and the cat. I don't know why, but a lot of them will just sit in my AOE knockdowns/dazes and eat the blade call (1700-1800ish gold, so maybe that's why). I know it's risky to spec that instead of  grapple break.. but it's the best path to a win in my experience.

If I can't catch a SMN offguard with my combo burst, I'm done for.

They're a tough class to defeat, mainly because it's 2v1 and they have anti-block for themselves and the cat.
