Nvidia Driver Crashes

I am having this problem ALOT, several times a day.  I get blanked out screens, then a "Nvidia Driver crash".  Interestingly it doesn't actually kick me out of BnS but i have lots of FPS glitches until i fully reboot.  I have tried 4 different versions of the Nvidia Drivers and have even changed from windows 10 back to windows 8.1.  My friend hasn't had any of these problems, she has same mobo, cpu, but a 750ti card, so I am just at a loss.  Hardware/software specs below.

 

i7-4790k (no overclock)

16gb DDR3-1866

Gigabyte 980 G1 Gaming (no overclock)

MSI Z97 Gaming 45 Mobo

Windows 8.1 Pro

Nvidia Drivers Tried, 359.00; 359.06; 361.43; 367.75

NZXT CAM software ( I have tried w/o this running still get crashes)

 

 

No changes at all still getting driver crashes.  It generally happens in the first few minutes of login, if i don't reboot then my GPU sits at like 15-25% usage and my FPS is crap.  Even if I don't get a crash I still never have 100% GPU usage, which it should really, but I know that the UNREAL engine 3 has issues in and of itself.  I've tried various graphics settings, run in full-screen, windowed.  I don't know what else to try.  

 

Anybody have any suggestions?
