Game crash on launch

When I press the play button on the launcher, it starts loading the game but the goes to the BnSReport. I cant even play the game, I've reinstalled the game and verified the files but nothing. Any advise?

You aren't the only one. Been having this problem for the 5 days. I am done with this game. When I played on the Russian non-official server I had 0 crashes. This is just bullshit.

This sounds similar but slightly different than issues a friend of mine is currently experiencing. He gets to put his pin in, after putting the pin in the game hangs and gives an error and crashes. Have a ticket open with CS below is a link to that post
