HELP - Download/Update Error "Cannot read file."

I tried to download this game two times with 5mb internet and my download always stop at 80% with this error

Open your Task Manager (Ctrl+Shift+ESC), find a process/task "Blade and Soul" (it actually has a more complicated name, but looking for "Blade..." is good enough. Once you've located the process, kill it. Afterwards, rerun the updater. B&S sometimes hangs and does not free up the file locks.

I dont have any process like Blade blabla... :/ Why? I'm from Brazil. This game have restricted area?

I doubt that there would be any restricted area. 

Sorry that my advice didn't help. It happened to me in the past, exactly the same message. But I did have the process in my Task Manager and after killing it, the update worked fine. This might sound like an obvious idea (and I'm quite sure you tried it already), have you restarted your PC? Restarting might free the files for writing as well.

this game have FULL PATCH for the game? any link please so we can download... i'm newbie of this game.. sad life.. hard to patch
